Shipping policy
Leverage Nutrition ships worldwide through FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and SF Express, each working with local couriers to deliver direct to your door. We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, regardless of destination.
Your card is charged at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. To protect against fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or flagged for additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Process
We fulfill orders within 1-3 business days before handing off to our carrier. During major holidays or periods of high demand, fulfillment can take up to 7 days. Items experiencing stock availability issues may also take longer.
Once your order enters our shipping department, no changes can be made, including address changes. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
We ship on business days only. No weekend or holiday dispatch. Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates depending on where they're fulfilled from.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email when your order is dispatched to the carrier's facility.
Tracking updates can take a few days to appear in the system. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and your tracking still shows no activity, contact us at support@leverage-nutrition.com.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by destination. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. The estimates below are in business days and do not include our 1-3 day fulfillment window.

Leverage Nutrition cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Leverage Nutrition has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be.
If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred. For country-specific questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Leverage Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Please note: we use carrier timestamp and delivery confirmation data when reviewing damage or return requests. Claims not reported promptly may not be honored.
Wrong Address
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We begin processing orders immediately and cannot make changes once an order has been placed. If your order is already in our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address correction.
