Refund policy
If something isn't right with your order, feel free reach out and we'll fix it.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Grab your receipt or order confirmation before reaching out, you'll need it to move things forward.
Email support@leverage-nutrition.com to get started. Once approved, we'll send you the return address and a prepaid shipping label. Don't ship anything back before hearing from us, returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
Open your package when it arrives. If something's broken, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at support@leverage-nutrition.com with a photo if you can. We'll take care of it.
What can't be returned
Because our products are ingestible, we can't take back opened or used items. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
Exchanges
We don't process direct swaps. Return the original (pending approval), then place a new order for what you want.
EU orders
Shipping to an EU country? You have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return, no reason needed. Same rules apply: original packaging, unused, proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll let you know once your return has been received and reviewed. Approved refunds post back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may add a couple days on their end. If it's been over 15 business days since approval and you haven't seen the credit, email us at support@leverage-nutrition.com.
