No. The point of the book is to let you check our claims yourself. We list the study, the dose used, the year, the journal. You can verify in a search bar in under a minute.
Peer-reviewed journals, mostly 2024 to 2026. We picked human trials over test-tube studies whenever both were available. The citation index lists every one in full.
The chapters are written in plain language, the kind you'd read out loud to a friend. The science vocabulary stays in the footnotes and the citation index, not the body itself.
